The Collective | Women in Business was created as a place for women to come together—to connect, learn, and grow in a way that feels real, supportive, and human. It’s not about competition or perfection. It’s about community, conversation, and knowing you don’t have to do business (or life) alone.

We believe the best growth happens when women are willing to sit at the same table, share honestly, and support one another through every season.

Her focus is on creating a seamless, welcoming experience so members can simply show up and connect.

Tanasia envisioned and created The Collective as a space where women in business could connect, learn, and grow together in a way that feels supportive and real. Her original vision continues to shape the heart and direction of the community today.

Jasmine has a natural gift for connection and bringing people together. She plays an important role in inviting women into the community, helping new faces feel welcomed, and spreading the word about The Collective through relationships and conversation.
