The Collective | Women in Business was created as a place for women to come together—to connect, learn, and grow in a way that feels real, supportive, and human. It’s not about competition or perfection. It’s about community, conversation, and knowing you don’t have to do business (or life) alone.
We believe the best growth happens when women are willing to sit at the same table, share honestly, and support one another through every season.
WIB is a gathering space for local women who crave connection alongside growth. Through monthly meetups, guest speakers, and relaxed social events, we create space to slow down, show up, and learn together.
In this space, you’ll find room to:
Learn from women who are living it—not just teaching it
Build genuine relationships rooted in trust and encouragement
Share ideas, challenges, questions, and wins without pressure
Grow with confidence, clarity, and purpose
Everyone brings something. Everyone leaves supported.
Growth
Growth looks different for everyone. Our gatherings are designed to support learning and reflection—personally, professionally, and beyond—at your own pace.
Integrity
We value honesty, authenticity, and showing up as you are. This is a space where respect and trust guide every conversation.
Empowerment
Every woman’s voice matters here. WIB exists to encourage, affirm, and remind one another of our strengths and possibilities.
Community
We believe in the power of gathering locally, supporting small businesses, and creating momentum together that reaches beyond the room.
Whether you’re just beginning, building something new, or finding your next step, WIB is a place to pause, reconnect, and remember—you’re not alone on the journey.
There’s a seat for you here.
